“Sometimes, even with best intentions things just happen.”
While on holidays my “best intentions” were to start the day with a run. But, things did happen- all good though. We enjoyed several hikes on Oahu, tried stand up paddle boarding (SUP)(great core workout), walks on the beach, cycling every day. So, still in holiday mode, my advice is that when things “happen” – just go with it. Consider the transgression from your routine workouts as cross training, When life gets back to your normal is the time to get back to weekly runs. Next week we are home again and I will look forward to my renewed training regime but until then- Aloha!
