This weekend my husband and I attended a lovely wedding in Whistler.
So taking advantage of the trip to the mountains, I decided to bike the Whistler Half Marathon route. My intentions primarily were to access the level of difficulty. After riding the route, I realized I need to work more on hill training. Blueberry Drive is going to be tough for me with the remaining legs not too difficult- more rolling hills than steep inclines. I feel a little more confident now cycling the route and planning my training schedule for the last month before June 2.
